Teambuilding drum circles

Percussity drum circles offer a supportive, inclusive and creative learning platform for mixed level groups. There is no audience in this type of set-up. Each individual gets an opportunity to make in-the-moment music and explore rhythms from around the world within a group environment.

Drum circles can take many forms. The makeup of the group along with the instrumentation and the skill of our Percussity facilitators determines the direction of each session. Drum circles work because of the "principle of entrainment". Everyone can feel the pull of a strong beat, and can easily play along. The outcome of such a collaborative experience is always fun and sounds really great!

We offer a travelling service and are happy to lead workshops in the venue of your choice. Drums can be provided for small groups of minimum 10 people and all the way up to hundreds.

Requirements

  • No previous music experience needed
  • No musical notation knowledge required
  • All levels are welcome
