Our leadership program is designed specifically for small groups and provides an alternative perspective to team management. Individuals explore and develop new non verbal communication skills under the guidance of our expert facilitators. Members of the audience are asked to step up into a new role and learn how to become effective musical directors through their own hands on experience. We use a unique methodology within a musical context to illustrate the implementation of essential team leader skills like delegation, synchronisation, assertiveness, initiative, confidence, authority and creativity.
