The percussity leadership development program is specifically designed for small groups and provides an alternative perspective to team management. Individuals explore and develop new non verbal communication skills through orchestrated percussion workshops and under the guidance of our expert facilitators. We use a unique team drumming methodology to illustrate the implementation of essential team leader skills like delegation, synchronisation, assertiveness, initiative, confidence, authority and creativity.
For the music to work, participants need to elaborate a vision and a plan to achieve group cohesion. Members of the audience are asked to step up into a new role and learn how to become effective musical directors through their own hands on experience.
Personal limitations and abilities can potentially be observed, identified and developed by allowing individuals to experiment in a safe environment far removed from the daily pressures associated with failure and success in the work place. A series of simple exercises empowers your team with a positive, effective and transferable toolset.
