Teambuilding drum circles

The percussity leadership program is specifically designed for small groups of 5 to 20 people and provides an alternative perspective to team management. Individuals develop and learn new communication tools under the guidance of our expert facilitators. We use a unique methodology within a musical context to illustrate the implementation of essential team leader skills like delegation, synchronisation, assertiveness, initiative, confidence, authority and creativity.

For the music to work, participants need to elaborate a vision and a plan to achieve group cohesion. Members of the audience are asked to step up into a new role and learn how to become effective directors through their own hands on experience.

Personal limitations and abilities can potentially be observed, identified and developed by allowing individuals to experiment in a safe environment far removed from the daily pressures associated with failure and success in the work place. A series of simple exercises empowers your team with a positive, effective and transferable toolset.
